  1. Q: Do you only offer ground shipping? Is it possible to request expedited shipping services?

A: Most of our customers request standard ground shipping delivery. However, if you prefer an expedited shipping service, we are happy to oblige. Please call our sales team at 866-261-9560 to request a quote for the shipping service that best suits your needs.

  1. Q: Do you ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

A: Yes. We will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote upon request.

  1. Q: Can you ship to international destinations other than Canada?

A: Yes. The majority of our customers are North American based. However, we may ship to a customer who is located outside of the United States depending on the type of purchase. Our sales department will be happy to assist you with international shipping orders.

  1. Q: Can you deliver to a business location without a loading dock?

A: Yes. The standard shipping charges shown on our website are calculated based on dock to dock service for the 26U and larger racks, or for any large volume order of smaller network cabinets. In the event that there is no loading dock at the destination, we will have to coordinate a lift gate service with the freight company at an additional cost to the customer.

  1. Q: Can you provide inside delivery at the final destination?

A: Yes. Once the customer requests the inside delivery service and provides the needed information, we will contact the freight company to confirm that they are able to provide such a service at the final destination.  We will also let the customer know the additional costs for such a service. Please note that the freight company requires the final destination to have an elevator large enough to accommodate the shipment.

  1. Q: How can I become a SETT VIP member?

  1. Q: Do you offer solutions for small applications in places where space is an issue?

A: We sure do. For example, our Slim Line and Tall and Slim Line were designed specifically for such conditions. Our Slim Line wall mount cabinets are the perfect solution for small applications where space is limited. Our Tall & Slim Line comes with extra height to allow installation of applications with a larger depth.  Also, our 12U Trim Line wall mount cabinet has a low-profile design.

  1. Q: How can I know which rack or cabinet is the right solution for my applications?

A: There are many factors to consider when buying a cabinet or network rack. The first thing you should check is the physical dimensions and the weight of your equipment. While some equipment is bulky or heavy and might fit only in Free Standing racks (which are designed to be placed on the floor), other equipment might be smaller and can fit inside a desktop or wall mount cabinet. We recommend allowing some extra space for cables and connectors that may be mounted to your application. Also, if you anticipate installing additional equipment in the future, you might want to consider a larger rack or cabinet to ensure your future equipment will fit. Checking this now can save you time and money later. Another factor to consider is that the usable mounting space is different from the total rack/cabinet depth.   1. Q: I have placed an order online. When will my order ship?

A: We usually ship within 1 business day provided that we have received all relevant shipping information and full payment. In cases where we may be missing full shipping information, a member of our sales team will contact the customer to complete the order and expedite shipping. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

  1. Q: Where will my order ship from?

A: All order ship directly from our warehouse located in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania (just outside of Philadelphia).

  1. Q: How fast will I receive my order?

A: We regularly ship using commercial ground services. For the shipment of the small cabinets and accessories we use UPS ground service, which provides 1-2 business days service throughout the East Coast, 2-4 business days service to Central States, and 4-6 business days to the West Coast. Please allow one business day to process and prepare your order for safe shipment. For larger racks, we will ship with a freight company that will get your products to you in a timely manner.

  1. Q: Can I track the shipping status of my order?

  1. Q: What are my payment options?

A: You have 3 options for payment when you purchase online: Credit Card payment, PayPal payment, or  Fax Approval Form.

We also offer 4 other payment options for your convenience: money order, personal check, money wire (available for orders over $1,000.00), or open a customer account with SETT.

  1. Q: How can I open an account with SETT?

A: We invite customers who conduct business with SETT on a regular basis to open an account with us. You will be sent a credit application to establish an account. This process might take up to 14 business days depending on the availability of your references. Once the account is open, you will be notified of your credit limit which will enable you to place orders by sending us your purchase order.

  1. Q: What is SETT’s return policy?

A: SETT wants to make sure that you are satisfied with your order. If for some reason you have a concern, please contact us immediately to help resolve it. If you would like to cancel or return a product, you must contact SETT to obtain a Return Authorization Approval number. SETT must approve the return in writing. The customer will be responsible for properly packing the returned goods and paying for shipping. The item must be returned in its original condition. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Custom Racks may not be returned. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions, located under the LEGAL link in the menu found on the bottom of the homepage.
